My philosophy focuses on continual, life-long learning as I work towards enhancing the well-being of my clients. No matter your fitness level, whether this is your first time or you are a fitness enthusiast, I am here for you. I strive to make each session fun and provide a positive fitness experience. My role is to empower and assist you in discovering what inspires you on your journey to a healthier lifestyle. Together we will enhance your quality of life through active participation in regular fitness activities. Through the integration of guided fitness programs, we will make your health goals become a reality. My goal is for you to achieve a balanced lifestyle that encompasses all dimensions of health and wellness.
My passion lies in living an active lifestyle. I want to share my enthusiasm, encourage a happier lifestyle, and help to realize your physical capabilities. I have been a health coach, educator, trainer, mental health provider, and tobacco cessation specialist for the past 16 years.
I enjoy spending time outdoors doing things like hiking, camping, or taking day trips with my loved ones. When I'm not training clients, I enjoy teaching group exercise (Body Pump, HIIT, and CXWORX) during my free time. I also have a personal affinity for music and feel music is healing to the mind and body and bring it into all my programs.
