Core Fit: his 30 minute full body core workout is designed to tone, build and strengthen the abdominal muscles as well as the posterior chain muscles like the glutes, hamstrings and back. This workout will leave you feeling stronger as you build strength, stability and endurance in the muscles that support your core giving you more mobility in everyday functions. You can use a resistance band, a towel and/or light dumbbells for added resistance as an option.

Virtual Booty Fit: a 45-minute class that focuses on sculpting the glutes and legs to strengthen and tone your booty! This is strength training created specifically for priming the backside muscles of the posterior chain. You'll be learning proper form and technique while having a glute-activating good time!

HIIT: a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training workout using a variety of circuit-style strength and cardio/plyometric exercises in one high-impact workout. You'll target all muscle groups while improving cardiovascular strength and jamming out to fun music. Be ready for a good sweat!
